Capacity and layout:

One bedroom with 1 full-size bed.
Upstairs sleeping loft with 7 twin beds.

The kitchen, living, and dining area are on an open floor plan. Cooking opportunities are available for you with a four burner gas stove and oven, an outdoor grill, and a wood-burning pizza oven!

Plenty of food storage with refrigerators, a large pantry, and a dual-zone wine refrigerator. Dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans provided.

Like to sit on the porch? You have three to choose from - one along the front, one facing east to watch the sun rise, and a screen porch off the bedroom to watch the sunset with a favorite beverage.

A wood-burning fireplace will keep you cozy on a cold day or night.

Rates:

Double Occupancy Rates (1-2 people) are $175/night.

Full Occupancy Rates (3-9 people) are $250/night.

2 night minimum.
Lodging tax not included in rate.
For week-long farm stays, a four night paid rental allows an additional one-two nights at half price as long as checked out on Sunday.

Notes:

All beds have ultra-comfortable Casper mattresses with linens, pillows, and blankets included.
There is one bathroom which has a large walk-in shower, one sink, and one potty.
There is a Utility Room with a small washer and dryer if you get dirty out there on the farm.
WiFi is provided but no television.
