Communal but comfortable living in both of these four-bedroom guesthouses with shared common areas. Perfect for a family reunion or an overnight group retreat.

Capacity and layout:

North guesthouse has an 18 person capacity:

• 3 bedrooms of 4 guests each

• 1 bedroom of 6 guests

The common area of the north guesthouse is set up as a theological library with comfy chairs for reading and playing games.

South guesthouse has a 19 person capacity:

• 2 bedrooms of 4 guests each

• 1 bedroom of 5 guests

• 1 bedroom of 6 guests

The common area of the south guesthouse is set up as a living room, with a record player and wood burning stove.

Rates:

Rates per bedroom - $150/night

Rates for full guesthouse and use of all four bedrooms - $500/night

• 2 night minimum

• Lodging tax not included in rate

• For week-long farm stays, a four night paid rental allows an additional one-two nights at half price as long as checked out on Sunday.

With full guesthouse rental, use of Pavilion is available for group use @ $250/day.

Notes:

Linens, pillows, and blankets are provided. All beds have ultra-comfortable Casper mattresses and are mostly queen size with a few bunk beds thrown in for fun.

WiFi is included as well as a microwave, sink, small fridge, coffee pot, and coffee grinder. 

Each guesthouse has one tub, one accessible walk-in shower, and four potties. Towels, soap, shampoo, and hair dryer are provided.
