PAVILION

This group gathering space can accommodate up to 60 people inside and we have hosted as many as 100 inside and outside. Tables and chairs are included as well as a full commercial kitchen, dishes, glasses, silverware, and napkins. Your AV needs have been attended to as well with a 75" frame television complete with HDMI and audio connection. Microphone and PA System is included. Sound is available inside the pavilion and on outside porches.

FEES

We take reservation requests up to a year in advance. Rental fee is $1250 for up to 50 people on weekends (Fri-Sun) with additional people allowed at $25 per person. On weekdays (Mon-Thu) rental fee is $825 with additional people allowed at $15 per person.

Partial day rentals of four hours or less for up to 50 people can be requested 3 months ahead at a rate of $600 (Fri-Sun) + $25/additional person and $400 (Mon-Thu) + $15/additional person. Keep in mind that a four hour rental includes all dropping off, setting up, and take down/clean-up. If a partial day rental goes over four hours, it is automatically charged the standard all-day rate.  

Added to every rental is a $100 facility attendant fee and a $100 cleaning fee. 

For weddings, special events, and retreats a copy of commercial general liability insurance must be provided by customer in the amount of at least $1,000,000 that lists Sister Grove Farm as additional insured for the duration of event (including set up and take down). Host liquor liability is also required when alcohol is served.
