PAVILION

This group gathering space can accommodate up to 50 people with tables and chairs available for setting up according to your needs. It comes complete with a commercial kitchen, offering a double oven, six burner stove, and four burner griddle - commercial size ice-maker, two large dishwashers, upright refrigerator, a 64 bottle wine refrigerator (BYOB), upright freezer, and a food warmer/proofer. Pans and cooking utensils are also provided plus dishes, glasses, silverware, and napkins. Your AV needs have been attended to as well with a 75" frame television complete with HDMI and audio connection. Microphone and PA System is included. Sound is available inside the pavilion and on outside porches.

FEES

Rental fees (based on group size of 1-50 people) is typically $125/hour with a four-hour minimum or $1250/all day (10am-midnight) – includes set up and take-down.

Any groups between 51-100 people (i.e. larger weddings, special events) are considered on a case by case basis with fees increased to $250/hour or $2500/all day.

All day reservations can be made a year in advance. Less than full day rentals can be made up to four months in advance.
