PAVILION

This group gathering and event space is perfect for weddings, receptions, retreats, meetings, showers, and parties. The interior space has a capacity of 50 but the adjacent outdoor dining terrace and deck expands your options up to 150. A full commercial kitchen is available for a chef, caterer, or a favorite uncle to prepare your meal. Tables and chairs, dishes, glasses, silverware, and napkins are available but groups larger than 50 may need to rent some items. Your AV needs have been attended to with a 75" frame television complete with HDMI and audio connection. Microphone and PA System is included. Sound is available inside the pavilion and on outside porches.

An all-day rental gives you access to the space from 10am-midnight. Rental time includes dropping off of items, setting up, take down, and clean-up.

RATES

Weekend all day (Friday and Saturday) - $1500 for 50 people or less.

Weekdays all day (Sunday - Thursday) - $1000 for 50 people or less.

Plus a cleaning, utility, and staff fee of $200

With a group larger than 50 people, there are some additional costs.

  1. Facility fee - # of people above 50 on a weekend are charged at an additional rate of $20 per person and weekdays at $12.50 per person. Excluded from this count are infants under age of one year old.

  2. Portable toilets - there are two indoor restrooms in the Pavilion which is the right ratio for a group of 50 or less. Because we are on a septic system - life in the country :), any groups above 50 require rental of one additional potty per 25 people. For instance, a group of 100 people needs to rent two portable toilets. We are glad to have established relationships with vendors we can recommend that have suitable options for your event. 

  3. Tents - If desired for outdoor spaces, we will introduce you to our preferred vendor.  

  4. We have tables, chairs, plates, silverware, and glassware but for groups above 50, there might be some items that will need to be brought in.

  5. All extra rentals are suggested to be made directly by the customer. If desired, we can make those arrangements but there will be an additional 20% surcharge.

BOOKING

WHEN CAN YOU BOOK?

We take rental requests 18 months in advance if combined with a two-night booking of both guesthouses.

We take rental requests a year in advance if renting the Pavilion by itself.

Partial day rentals of six hours or less can be requested 3 months ahead at a rate of $900 on weekends and $600 on weekdays. Keep in mind that rental time includes all set-up and all cleaning. Any time for a partial day rental that goes beyond six hours is automatically counted as an all-day rental rate and due immediately at that time. 

 

INSURANCE

For weddings, special events, and retreats a copy of commercial general liability insurance must be provided by customer in the amount of at least $1,000,000 that lists Sister Grove Farm as additional insured for the duration of event (including set up and take down). Host liquor liability is also required when alcohol is served.
