
PAVILION
This group gathering space can accommodate up to 60 people inside and we have hosted as many as 100 inside and outside. Tables and chairs are included as well as a full commercial kitchen, dishes, glasses, silverware, and napkins. Your AV needs have been attended to as well with a 75" frame television complete with HDMI and audio connection. Microphone and PA System is included. Sound is available inside the pavilion and on outside porches.
We take reservation requests up to a year in advance for all day bookings and 3 months in advance for partial day (less than six hour) bookings.
RATES
The rental rate is $1500 for 50 people or less on weekends and $1000 for 50 people or less on weekdays. Rates for people above 50 is $25 per person on both weekdays and weekends.
Partial day rentals of six hours or less can be requested 3 months ahead at a rate of $900 on weekends and $600 on weekdays. Any group sizes above 50 are $25/additional person on both weekdays and weekends.
Rental time includes dropping off of items, setting up, take down, and clean-up. If a partial day rental goes over six hours, it is automatically charged the standard all-day rate.
NO ADDED FEES: These rates are inclusive of any associated fees for cleaning, utilities, and farm staff assigned to your event.
INSURANCE - For weddings, special events, and retreats a copy of commercial general liability insurance must be provided by customer in the amount of at least $1,000,000 that lists Sister Grove Farm as additional insured for the duration of event (including set up and take down). Host liquor liability is also required when alcohol is served.
We also have overnight lodging which many wedding parties find to be convenient and comfortable.
