About the event

This is a 3-part dinner series which can be purchased as a package (at a discounted rate) or separately (full price). With purchase of the entire 3-part dinner series package, you not only get a discounted ticket price; you also receive one heritage breed whole chicken raised 20 weeks on pasture at Sister Grove Farm. If unable to attend all three dinners of your discounted package, your unused ticket can be offered to a local farmer with advance notice.

Each of these dinners are carefully crafted around good food, thoughtful education, and transformative inspiration.

At the helm in the kitchen will be Chef Mollie Guerra of Chef Mollie G Custom Catering. She will have ready for you a scrumptious four-course meal along with pairings which highlight our local food system here in north Texas.

  • On June 16, Thomas Locke of Bois d'Arc Meat Company will get us started with "What is Regenerative?"
  • On July 14, Tucker and Elizabeth Nickols will continue with "What is Local?" Tucker is the farm manager at McKinney Roots and Elizabeth is Executive Assistant at Wells Group.
  • On August 11, Susie Marshall, founder and Executive Director of Grow North Texas, will conclude our series with "What Can I Do?"

Space is limited to 40 people.

(Please note any and all dietary restrictions upon registration)
