About the event
This is the second of three dinners this fall (Sept., Oct., and Nov.) carefully crafted around the discussion of important writings on food justice, farming, and community. As is our custom, this conversation will be shared around a table laden with good local food from neighboring farmers.
Chef Adam West from Local Yocal BBQ and Grill will be preparing this meal:
*Hydro greens salad with shaved fennel, dried cranberries, pecans, blue cheese, caramelized shallot vinaigrette
*Smoked Chipotle Wagyu Meatloaf, bacon braised green beans, garlic mashed potatoes, and onion gravy
Yum!!! But this is potluck too so feel free to bring your side dishes, desserts, or favorite beverages (alcoholic or otherwise) to share at the table.
