About the event
We welcome you to join us for a night of community and leisure here at the Sister Grove Farm Pavilion and Kitchen with a four course dinner highlighting the benefits of a local food system model for here in north Texas.
For this dinner, we welcome back Chef Marco Rios of Heritage Butchery and Barbecue and are delighted to introduce to the farm Chef Mollie Guerra of Chef Mollie G Custom Catering. The menu will include Dry Aged Rib provided by Hartley Ranch with other offerings from Reeves Family Farm, Mean Microgreens, Profound Foods, Freedom Acres Farm, and Three Rivers. Wine pairings from Chateau Wright from the Davis Mountains will be offered with each course.
We also look forward to some great conversation together with Jeff and Lee Bednar of Profound Microfarms and Brent Barry and Susan Cox of Stout Creek Farm. We will hear their farm stories along with their dreams and challenges. Deadline to register for the dinner is February 20. Space is limited to 40 people.
