About the event

We welcome you to join us for a night of community and leisure here at the Sister Grove Farm Pavilion and Kitchen with a four course dinner highlighting the benefits of a small, hyperlocal food system model for here in north Texas.

For this dinner, we welcome back Chef Marco Rios of Heritage Butchery and Barbecue and are delighted to introduce to the farm Chef Mollie Guerra of Chef Mollie G Custom Catering.  The menu will include Dry Aged Rib provided by Hartley Ranch with other offerings from Reeves Family Farm, Mean Microgreens, Profound Foods, Freedom Acres Farm, and Three Rivers. Wine pairings from Chateau Wright from the Davis Mountains will be offered with each course.

We look forward to some great conversation about local food challenges and opportunities with Tucker Nickols, Farm Manager at McKinney Roots (an initiative of the Seed Project Foundation) as well as Jeff and Lee Bedner with Profound Microfarms and Profound Foods.

Come to the Farm Table as we strive to work together in building a healthier, more resilent, local food system in North Texas. Deadline to register for the dinner is January 10. Space is limited to 40 people.
