About the event

We welcome you to join us for a night of community and leisure here at the Sister Grove Farm Pavilion and Kitchen with a four course dinner highlighting the benefits of a small, hyperlocal food system model for here in north Texas.

At the helm of this dinner will be Chef Marco Rios of Heritage Butchery and Barbecue.  The menu will include Grilled Lamb Tenderloin provided by Sister Grove Farm with other offerings from Reeves Family Farm, Jubilant Field Farms, and Canticle Farm. Wine pairings will be sourced from Edge of the Lake Vineyard and will be offered with each course.

Joining us for conversation this evening will be Wes and Kelly Adams of Adams Blackland Prairie Farm in Ladonia. Wes currently serves as Board President for the Council of Healthy Food Systems (the 501c3 partner of Farm and Ranch Freedom Alliance).  A portion of the dinner's proceeds will be donated to their good work.

Come to the Farm Table as we strive to work together in building a healthier, more resilent, local food system in North Texas. Deadline to register for the dinner is November 3. Space is limited to 40 people.

(Please note any and all dietary restrictions upon registration)
